We need many people and many things to make this weekend happen. Can you help with any of the following?
Tables and chairs. Our space is completely empty - we need to bring in 12-16 tables (folding tables are fine) and 130-150 chairs.
Hospitality items. We’ll need coffee & tea, perhaps some soda & water and snacks, too.
Office supplies. Since we don’t have whiteboards, we could use some large pads of paper for collaboration, as well as some notepads and pens.
Power cords. The space does have power, but we’ll need to run some power cords and squids so groups can sit wherever they’d like.
Wifi. Connectivity is a must.
Food! We have some budget for this, but we need to locate a caterer/food provider. And if you have preferences for what kind of food, speak up in the comments.

We can do office supplies. Body count will be useful to gauge how many of what is needed. Can raid the overflow from ArbCamp stuff, too.

You say Wifi. Is that just the router? Do you already have a cable modem connection? If not is someone going to bring a bunch of those sprint boxes that plug into a wireless router? (not sure of the exact name)

I’ve registered for startup. I’m a strict vegetarian. I would appreciate if a few vegetarian dishes are available on the menu.

Eastern Accents will be providing some veggie sandwich options, and Afternoon Delight’s breakfast should have plenty of choices too. Our snack for Saturday is fruit and sweets, so that should work as well.
I’m requesting vegetarian choices from the other caterers I’ve talked to, and worse comes to worse, we are right downtown and within walking distance to a handful of restaurants with good vegetarian options.
